This is the equivalent of holding a bridge up with bottle jacks and hoping it survives an earthquake. The weight should be distributed over a larger surface. A wooden 4x4 with a hole dilled in it will last longer. Love your content. Not trying to sound like a d$%k.

Thanks for helping the community out, since the spacers were custom made why not make the (rear front) subframe spacers one piece instead of two pieces ?

That's not going to be a good long term solution. The amount of stress you are going to put on the thread and the frame will not last off road. I recommend using square blocks to help distribute the load more evenly. You are only distributing the load across the face of the spacers and it will have flex. Cheap isn't always better and fast doesn't mean good. Keep up the effort I do enjoy your content but this will be very temporary and you will need to be drilling and tapping new threads sooner than later.

Agreed. Far too much axial load being concentrated on the bolt head. Also, bolts should be high tensile...

I did a body lift on my old rodeo around 20 yrs ago and just bought a lift kit. The kit were a large 3” diameter cylinder design. I feel like the surface area being so tiny with your lift kit will just shove into the body and or dent it in with every bump. I recently (3yrs ago) did my wife’s Subaru Crosstrek, and again, bought a kit and it also comes with a larger surface area to body. For safety your design seems like it’s a very weak point.
