Don’t make a video and bash something you’re not sure you paid for…it makes you look bad. If you paid for bodywork and it wasn’t done then fully complain and bash but if you didn’t pay or aren’t sure it best to not comment. Please be factual and comment on what you actually paid for. You discredit yourself when you’re not sure what is your fault vs someone else’s. It sounds like you didn’t give very detailed instructions when you dropped your vehicle off especially with the trim pieces. If we give don’t give detailed instruction we can’t blame others for failing to meet our expectations.

I would think you shouldn't need a second hinge. Just make it a double shear joint... like build a little arm up to hit the top of the joint there, I'd think just snacks and recovery gear in the pillican cases would be fine

The pelican case mounts look great. As for the swing out arm, that’s a lot of weight being leveraged on that bearing. I would consider adding a second swivel mount or upgrade to a heavier duty bearing. Also consider adding an additional support bar to the swing arm that can double as a bump stop instead of needing limiting straps.

Definitely put two more rubber mounts down below the glass and remove the glass rubber mount , it will break the glass if left there .
