Loved this chat! Especially the reminder to categorize and prioritize tasks. I also notice when tasks keep getting rescheduled (for me and my students) they’re 1) too big (breaking it down to smaller steps helps me), 2) bringing up resistance (I journal or meditate to clarify and set small ways to move forward), or 3) I’ve greatly underestimated how long my tasks will take (which happens most when I start new projects!, so now I leave buffer space). 😆 So happy to know we’re not alone as we manage our time as entrepreneurs!
