A carp is not a dirty English fish. Shows what you know. Australia is the only country in the world where carp are treated as rubbish. Fried or especially fish caked they are simply delicious. In countries like South Africa carp fishing is huge. Carp fishing clubs are all over the country. Tackle fishing shops cater heavily. Magazines on carp fishing galore.
