Amazing how many cardiologists have become late game nutritionists. Davis Ovadia, Oz, Sinatra, Gundry Ornish, and many more. I’ve been a clinical nutritionist for 47 years. Welcome to the club.

Family friend drove from Illinois to our house, because his daughter had a goiter. We'd spend time at the NJ shore for healing in the ocean full of kelp... iodine!!!!

How!? I crave carbs and sugar very badly.
@inthevortex-de1rh Жыл бұрын
I used to be like that and I started to eliminate those foods and replaced them with other foods that are delicious too and leave me satisfied. It's a process! I used to be thinking about food all the time and never satisfied. Those grains and sugars are extremely addictive! They are worse than cocaine. Now I don't think about food I only eat 2 meals a day and I am able to do intermittent fasting with no problem. I don't feel like eating too much anymore. You have to break the vicious cycle. Keep educating yourself. Listen to videos like this to get motivated. And above all make a decision. You can do it

If you will increase the nutrient density, focus on better n better quality of food, add all kinds of fermented foods in ur diet (good info: donna schwenk).. the cravings will naturally start to weaken. One day u realize u hardly ever have any cravings! (True story: happened to me 😅 )
