To be quite frank, a lot of the criticism I see leveled against the community are either over generalizations, misconceptions, or just outright lies. Although I will acknowledge my disdain for some of the music composed by the community, a majority of individuals are either new to music creation or simply are attempting to make alternative styles of music.
