A video covering the iFootage Moco App Timeline control for video use which was requested by a viewer, so here it is!

I appreciate your efforts in making videos of this. I have a small budget, so I can't afford the more expensive 3 Axis sliders, like Edelkrone, Rhino and the one I really like, which is the Emotimo ST4, so this is in my price range for what it can do. I'm a recent film school graduate, planning on using this app for Motion Control Visual FX using multiple keyframes on repeat to pull it off and I've barely found anything on it. So I'll probably make a series if this is viable with this slider, but any information from people already using it is vastly helpful. I plan to use the timelapse as well, but I'm mostly interested in the Special Effects I can pull off with it.

Agreed it is very poorly documented by iFootage. I've done a few other videos covering timelapse as well found here: kzbin.info/aero/PLYDir90yTxTrrbskclsxsW65LCdhMV9G1

Thanks so much for doing this. I didn't realize you had posted it until now. But much appreciated. Yeah there really isn't a lot of documentation or Videos about this and so it's very helpful now I understand it! Yeah really what I am so interested in with this is in the possibility of very complex or at least more complex moves Than Just A to B point. If you were so inclined that could be a follow-up video where you do multiple keyframes and multiple camera moves within this particular part of the app but certainly no obligation to do so. This has been very helpful. Thanks!

Hi Rory thank you for your comments and pleased to hear the video was helpful. I have done a video that covers the keyframe aspects, link below. It’s for Timelapse however the principles are the same. kzbin.info/www/bejne/q4PGZXyIirONi5Y

Hi John, I believe S stands for "Slide".

Ah yes I could see that - thank you. I did some internet research on SMS beforehand and could not find anything on the iFootage app, some other apps for time lapse indicated Stop Move Stop or Shoot Move Shoot. I can see either would work. It did highlight for me the lack of documentation and technical details around the iFooage moco app.

Anyone know what the Bluetooth Pairing code is? It's not letting me connect through android because I have no code.

Hi Michael, I have no experience with the Android version of the MOCO software, so I'm sorry I'm unable to help. Having a look at the reviews, it does appear to be a bug ridden piece of software. The reviews are not good. You could email iFootage support direct on cs@ifootagegear.com to get your question answered about bluetooth pairing code.
