I agree with the girl on the right, everything is not impossible, it always depend on how we do it. For example, high emotion make the brain works better, ortherwise meditation can refresh your mind and make people think clearly.

Nah man. Adults have a lot more information to take in on average than childrens. Fluent in another language after 19 requires a lot more time and most of us cannot offer the amount of effort and time it could probably take to learn more about language. As you become older, it's just gradually become impossible.
