Very interesting. So much detail that you've got to pay attention to. I appreciate the SOP of writing down the instructions from ATC then repeating it all back in order to be sure that you've received and understand all the directions. At 135-145 mph it must of have been a long, tiring day.

Welcome to IFR, now if you make the investment of a flightstream 210 for your 530W you can input the routing into your pad and then send (transfer) it to the panel via bluetooth.( the iPad will decode the Airways for you and place them in the panel)
