Sir I think you are a fantastic prof, but I think you had a mistake on 17:04, I think the amount there SHOULD be computed as 29.500,000/80% to get the selling price=$36,875,000. The selling price is 100%, cost is 80% to get the 20% GP . I hope you see this comment to confirm if I was right. I wonder if you just missed this part or did not pay attention carefully. Thanks sir I hope you address my comment and confirm if I was right. I think what you did is like the 20% was a mark up percentage. Thanks po.

Sir Rain is correct. a point of view by the seller. what you incurred is purely the cost. just simply multiply it to 1.2 to get a mark up of 20%.😊
