Hello Mam, Would like to know ,what is the maximum age limit to appear for Indian foreign service for general candidates..Because its too confusing, somewhere its mentioned 29 and somewhere its 32..I also went through UPSC notification, didn't get much information from that...so could you please help me with this??

Its too early. Get yourself into any bachelors other than engineering and from day one start with your GS preparation initial don't think about exam pattern/paper solving just stick to your understanding for a year. After year do an aggressive reading, shorten notes, revise practice and stay updated with all external affairs related to India and its diplomatic ties. Many thing is "realization of your ability". Get that UPSC is done, GOOD LUCK

Not exactly but its always good to learn a new language at least elementary level. And makes you more competitive to other candidates. Advice try learning it, Watch movies you like dubbed in Hindi, that would work prefect helping u learn.
