Yes no problem at all. You can have your entire family at your accommodation except some non family stations like Syria, Iraq, etc. Moreover, if your parents are totally dependent on you (there is a criteria for that) then the Ministry even gives their travel fare to and Fro.

1. Ofcourse, you can take your parents along. But in your case, both your parents are not economically dependent on you, they get their own pensions. Unfortunately, MEA doesn't provide for parents who have their own income to meet their needs. 2. Your parents will be cleared to travel along and stay with you but on your own expense. There is no possible way MEA will take care of any of their expenses like travel, accommodation, medical and others.

What lead you here in the first place? Most probably its because of your inclination towards civil service. Perhaps you're, you should know India doesn't permit dual citizenship. Its there in the part 2 of the constitution, read it.
