I think your rank should between 1 - 100, first preference should be IFS In personality test, I think they'll ask questions about international current affairs, etc.

First, pass 12 with any stream and then pass any college with any degree and start preparing for upsc from 2nd year or from starting of 3rd year as you need atleast 1 year for preparation .

@@rti630 you can opt for any civil service with any degree . Bus degree home chahiye or app 21 ke hone chahiye by August agr ussi saal de rhe ho jiss saal 21 ke ho rhe ho . Just graduation and 21 above is necessary and boom your are eligible for the exam :)
