Please Don't mislead people.... 10. IFS officers do not get personal security. (except the Ambassador or high commissioner ), & in Delhi posting, they are just like other civil servant, no security here as well. 6. No IFS officers below the rank of Secretary are allowed to retain their Diplomatic passports. Now a days, all IFS officers are entitled to get Business class ticket, no senior junior discrimination here. (Even during Bharat Darshan or Mission Attachment, they get Business class ticket) Cars: IFS officers do not get (except the highest officer of the mission) any personal car. Even during HQ posting no official car for officers below the rank of Joint Secretary.

I mean in which u dont have to give attendence and you get good internal. Also u get cheating in your exams if u need. Join one of the best coaching for UPSC and study very hard.
