Broken Glass Jelly Dessert Written Recipe With Directions:
Ingredients:
Instant jelly mix (mango flavor) 1 packet
Instant jelly mix (strawberry flavor) 1packet
Instant jelly mix (banana flavor) 1 packet
-Hot boiling water 3 cups
-Gelatin powder unflavored 50 gms or 2 ½ tbs
-Milk (Dhodh) 500 ml
-Cream 200 gms
-Condensed milk ½ cup or to taste
-Vanilla Essence 2-3 drops
Directions:
-Take three bowls, and bring out separately all the different flavors of jellies.
-Add 1 cup of water to banana jelly and add the same quantity of water to strawberry and mango jelly. Mix well with a spoon until it dissolves. Set aside for 30 minutes. After that, cool it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
-Cut jellies into cubes & transfer them to a plate.
-In a bowl, add gelatin powder and water. Mix well and set aside.
-In a pan, add milk and bring it to a boil.
-After that, add cream and condensed milk and mix well.
-Add vanilla essence and bring it to a boil.
-Mix well with a hand beater so that there are no lumps. Now, add the gelatin mixture and stir continuously with a hand beater for 4-5 minutes until it dissolves completely.
-Grease the baking mould with cooking oil, add jellies and milk mixture to it, and repeat the process. Set aside and let it cool at room temperature.
-After that, place it in the refrigerator overnight.
-Dish out and enjoy!
Tips and Tricks:
-You can also use homemade cream (balai) instead of tetra-pack cream.
