Hey man. I got mine and the adapter did not fit on the shaft at all. I had so much issues. Was yours loose?

I wonder if they sent you the wrong model by mistake. Mine fits great! I would reach out to them, I called them once to change the color of mine from black to red and they were awesome to deal with
