Are you comfortable and confident with the "handles" and overall handling of these (and IG4T)? Curious how they do as mobile use where they get set-up/broken-down often. I hate speakers that don't have side handles - and I'm a big strong guy! I love the IG3T but I can't imagine mounting it after fastening two together. That becomes a 100 pound column. (I'd likely always be mounting them on a sub when they are combinbed - and on poles individually)

Yes I am very confident. I am short and not much upper body strength but I have setup 2 on the ground, stuck the stand in them and walked them vertical on the tripod stand. For setting up on our dual 18" subs, i place the sub vertical and put the adapter bracket on, mount one, then hop up on the sub and mount the other. They lock in with the plastic to each other until you get the side brackets to hold them together on them. I have not had any issues so far. I lower and walk down the tripod mount same way. For a single 18" sub, i do the same as the tripod, as the entire assembly when locked in to the top of a sub with the M20 and mounting bracket , it acts like one piece and we walk it up to vertical. They are amazing speakers.

Could I ask how you found the sound compared with the top boxes of the 1203? I know it's an Apples-to-Oranges comparison but any feedback appreciated?

The IG2T has a more pronounced HF due to compression driver used, crisper would be the word, but overall clarity from both was very good and HF was not noticeably -one-better-than-the-other until you get further away from the speakers. that is where the IG2T HF driver has a more "noticeable" presence .

@@trinityprosound Ok, really helpful. So the IG2T/IG3T will have better range, throw and clarity when push comes to shove? From what I gather, both ES and IG will give me impressive sound. The Ingenia has slightly better coverage (100x80 ig2t vs 97x60 1203) but you also say it will have better "throw"? Mainly comparing the IG2T and would like to know if it will outperform the 1203 in this area. Thanks for confirming. Really interested in a speaker that can reach the back of the room without being over-driven. Also something good for outdoors is great too.

Hei i dont kno much about Pa system. And now im looking for this kind of small tiny speakers. But i dont know if this Ig2t is big enough for around 200 people. And good enough for an mini band like bass Drum acoustic guitar, el piano and el guitar?
@trinityprosound5 жыл бұрын
One per side , plus a sub per side would to 200 peeps no issues for the IG2T....but you will need subs for low end kick, bass, low keys, etc.

Not sure if these would keep up with 2 sub18H's my Presonus 328AI's don't.
@trinityprosound7 жыл бұрын
If you did one over an 18H they would be close. 2 18H per side you would need an IG4T to be even...

Does this Ingenia series feature the same/similar update as RCF does on their MK4 version, the FIR-phase technology? Thanks.
@trinityprosound7 жыл бұрын
They have a USB port to do firmware updates. They are not FIR Phase in the DSP at this time.
