🤦‍♀5:05 Forgot to crimp that ground wire = Bad! Incoming saftey issue down the road! Life inssurance is going to have a field day with this video, if something happens.

good catch, i just fixed it. I doubt it would have ever been an issue, but i agree that an insurance adjuster would use literally any excuse to not pay

Why would you want to lose your warranty and open more opportunities to mess with something and break something that isn’t broken? All that for vanity?

Honestly I didn't even consider the warranty. Ive had one warranty claim for a broken pressure switch housing from shipping and they sent me a replacement with no questions asked. In over year of ownership I've had zero issues with the actual unit, it's completely rebuildable and built like a tank. I sincerely doubt that if there was an issue with the pump they would deny coverage because I cut my cord but who knows? If I take a step back and think about it I guess I understand the concern, but I also tuned my last 4 cars and voided their powertrain warranties, so I'm sure some day I'll get burned.

Why would something break by simply shortening the power cord? That's not a concern in this situation. If you have a Kranzle, then you know the entire unit can be easily serviced with replacement parts.
