It is really is marvellous to hear Iga discuss pretty much anything.Her game has developed so much since her last major win.And i am sure,like her idol Rafa,she will continue to refine her her variety,something she often talks about.Kasatkina is a wonderful player,the racquet is a wand in her hands,but Iga has really developed the “wand” factor in the last couple of years.Hat off to you Iga!

Just as she tends to improve from first set to second set, she usually gets better as the tourney progresses. RG is no exception this year. I expect an excellent performance from both players, but I do expect Iga to win in straight sets. Just on top of her game after some uneven performances in the earlier rounds. On to 35 and beyond!

For sure, COCO so far has performed very well through the first 6 rounds, but it won't be enough to beat IGA in the finals. If both play their A games, Iga wins. If both are on their B games, Iga wins. Why? Because Iga's A and B levels are much higher than anybody's right now. For sure, the only way Coco wins is if she plays her A game and Iga her B game and hope that the latter makes more errors than winners. The semis showed Iga's supreme choreographic directorial skills by making DARIA dance throughout the match. I'm afraid that when it's over, we may have to call the finals, "DANCE, COCO, DANCE!"

They gave Iga all the confidence and motivation she has needed to keep winning after her Doha win. Those in power, all the majors and WTA, are looking for their next champion and will do anything to give Iga that lending hand. They call out shots from other players when they may have hit the line but wont show those on replay, instead they show the ones that are obviously out. It has worked. Iga's competitions' minds have been played with and it may take a while for some of their minds to settle down to a balanced, healthy state. Until then, the WTA and all the majors have cheated for Iga and have played their dirty game against everyone else just to promote their new princess.
