The 2022 US Open runs from August 23 - September 11 in New York City at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. There was another one against Jabeur in the final, where Jabeur leapt up and smashed a slice and Iga hit a beautiful return that caught the line (there wasn't much space for the winner). A sensational point second only to the one you have at #1 from that same match.

Swiatek stellar as always. But this is a lazy list. The points are either from the first few games of a match, or copped right off a different highlight reel. Whoever put this together did a shoddy job. I appreciate the US open putting out these clips, but work like this is insulting to fans of the sport.

@@lucasalvarani317 there were also two truly excellent points in the 6th game of the final, in one of them (at 3:2 15all) Ons hit a smash from the baseline and then a few shots later Iga hit that sliding open stance BH pass. The other one was the last point of the game, beautiful FH on the line and then great foot-speed and a beautiful winner into the open court to break Ons' serve once more. Also in the 4th rd match she hit that beautiful FH cross court winner from the tramlines (might have been a return of serve?) that got applauded by Jule. There were also many great rallies with spectacular winners in the Sabalenka match. I guess someone would have to watch past the first 3 games to get to those tho 🙄🙄 The person choosing those short points did such a shoddy job, I wouldn't be mad if they deleted this video and uploaded a new one with a more sensible shot selection.
