I think you mentioned somewhere in your previous videos that Cambridge once didn’t give answers in chronological order and that’s what they did this year. Also, the texts were all linked to each other and the text type was an article and I had to impersonate a journalist. Thanks to you, everything went great, especially my writers effect I think that’s the best I’ve ever written 😭 I forgot to mention that my paper variant is 0500/12 and I got my paper 2 on Friday, 5th May so going to binge your videos on that😭

OOF! My lot told me that Q3 caused quite a lot of consternation and confusion: it seemed as if the ‘explicit’ bullet point 1 was swapped around with the ‘implicit’ bullet point 3! After practicing it for 2 years and expecting it to be ‘as usual’, it came as a shock. Not impossible to answer, but they say that they wasted a lot of time trying to understand what was happening - even my A* students just about ran out of time because of this. Well, we can aways hope for a favourable Grade Threshold.

So basically, long story short, I messed up English FLE Paper 1. For writers effect, I could only write 4 points as I ran out of space. For Question 3, it was really clunky and I did not refer to the text enough. Question 1 went well. I think I only got about 35/80. Can I still pass?
