you forgot amphoteric oxides- these can react with both acids and strong alkalis to form salt and water which is most commonly known yall

Sulfurous acid is a food additive listed on the EAFUS food Additive Database (Jan. 2001). Sulfurous acid (not to be confused with Sulfuric acid) is the chemical compound with the formula H2SO3. There is no evidence that sulfurous acid exists in solution, but the molecule has been detected in the gas phase. Therefore acid rain formula is H2SO4 NOT H2SO3.

copper oxide cannot react with acid as copper is less reactive than hydrogen and wont be able to displace hydrogen in the acid..
