Lego games actually doing different things with their latest releases is great! Having difficulty settings is exactly what I wanted in the most recent Lego Star Wars game which was a bit too easy especially when you upgraded the characters powers

I'm so excited I just pre ordered this game today. Because I love Lego video games and Playstation. And since those two companies work together to make this super cool game, I can just see their future games now. I sure would love to see a Lego Ratchet and Clank game and Lego Uncharted. I'll bet the humor of both Lego and Ratchet and Clank together will be hilarious! Man the future of gaming just keeps getting more exciting. I just can't wait to play this game.

@@joee1298 Jak and Daxter already popped up in Rift Apart, Naughty Dog is too busy with the 7th version of the ending of the first Last of Us game (literally the 7th version, if they do a flashback to that scene in season 2 of the show like TLOU2 did) to do anything with the franchise, it feels like it's just waiting to happen

@@Imran0said well yeah, I'm not gonna speak for others. Everyone else's love for this franchise has already misled me to spend money on both main entries. I got thru all of the first game waiting for it to get good and it never happened and I refused to go on partway thru the sequel once the second the world's most annoying character went from a one-off to main supporting party member and all thru that time, I never really cared about the game aside from admiring the visuals on my at the time new 4k OLED So yeah, I don't like the franchise and I would happily see it disappear into dust and I'd much rather see other better and deserving (again, to me) franchises get this treatment

@nerdherd007 that's just the surface. The Horizon games have a story arc that grips you. In the first one you want to find out who Aloy actually is and the second is trying to work out how to save the world. Most games can be boiled down to just "combat" it's what the game is like below that that sells it for me

it ran smooth in my demo, there are a few short clips we pulled from b-roll supplied by sony so that may have been captured in quality. mode vs my gameplay in performance mode.
