Jack Stocks Black Flag being the very first AC game I've actually played, I really enjoy it. Especially when it gets to the open seas. The only thing I don't like is when I'm running through the streets chasing someone and he jumps up a bloody ladder when I don't want him to. Or when I'm on a roof chasing someone and he jumps into a roof garden to hide. ARGHHH!!! Been really enjoying it so far otherwise though

The Doctor Well the gameplay videos so far have been at 30 FPS, but Ubisoft has stated that by release it will run at 60fps 1080p on both Next Gen consoles and obviously PC. So yeah this game is looking mighty impressive and I cannot wait for it.

This is why I'm definitely excited for Unity on next-gen systems. I'm glad that Ubisoft spared no expense to make effective use of the power of both the PS4 and Xbox One. If there's one thing I wish they could fix though, it's that the mood system for the NPCs still makes them look like mannequins just with extra facial expressions.

At 12:32 you can see the pop in of some of the people in the crowd in the bottom right. I have a feeling pop in will be a issue like it is in dead rising, and that the game will dip in performance when around large crowds. I know its not done yet but those crowds seem to good to be true.

I saw a video that analyzed the frame rate from the E3 gameplay. Mostly locked in at 30 fps. So not entirely sure about that.

There are so many cool places AC could take place. Ancient China (samurais and monks), Egypt (they could do some cool stuff with Egyptian gods), Scandinavia (vikings) just to name a few :) I know it has to do with connecting the setting with the established AC lore, but why do they have to go back to the densely populated European settings? There is sooo much potential in other places.

Watch Dogs had a different new engine, while the AC team has more experience and knows what they're doing. AC4 was already quite good on PS3/XBox 360, so you can expect ACU to look really good on the new consoles and PC.

I doubt the npc thing will have a large impact on gameplay, since our focus won't be on the npcs as much, but rather Arno. They also said they can still edit the buildings and add detail to them, but just use that tool to speed up the development so they have more time later on to development other things.

for the next episode, the way they explain arno being raised by a templar and how both the assassins and the templars could come togther to do something great but their ideals tear them apart, reminds me of Haythem and Connor relationship. Haythem being raised by a templar and how Connor wanted to partner up with his father to try and bring the assassins and templars togther. I like that and I miss Connor.

Ubisoft should do something with the outfits. They should make a section in the options menu where it says:"OUTFITS" or "ROBES" and it should have Altair, Ezio, etc. and in another section, it should have "CHARACTER CHANGE" where it's the exact same thing but except they have the faces that go along with the robes, basically wearing their bodies. (What would be even better is to make Arno run like Altair, Ezio, etc. when he is wearing their bodies! That would be AWESOME!) Hope a lot of people read this and re-post until it gets to the creators!

All this amazing effort and talent wasted on a bland and repetitive game. AAA titles are killing the industry, the suits in big companies don't want to take risks so they put the most money on the games that are the same as the previous ones to minimize the risk of not making money. It's not about the art anymore, nobody that cares about videogames has power in those companies. I feel bad for the developers in this video because I'm sure they have a million good ideas they can't apply in the game because they are not allowed to. So in the end we are going to get the same game we've been getting over and over again, again.
