If the TV show sticks to comic book personalities (which they have so far,) the kids/women are safe. Rick is also safe, because Neagan doesn't cut the head off the snake; he disarms them, keeping the leader under his control, so Rick's peons don't rise up against him. That means Neagan will take the biggest weapons likely to contest him. From what Neagan can tell, there are only two candidates for that: Daryl or Abe. Neagan will see Abe as more than capable to cause harm, but is a soldier, and will therefore follow orders and keep quiet. Daryl, however, is a wild card. Daryl is sneaky and rambunctious. Daryl would be a great choice to destroy the group's moral, as well as keep himself safe from a future uprising. However, Abe is a man of action, and is a man willing to sacrifice himself for the good of the cause. I believe Daryl will be chosen, and right when Neagan is beating him up, Abe will stand and fight. Abe will be the one who dies, regardless of who is chosen. Guess 2: Neagan will pick the man most likely to outsmart him: Eugene. Same thing applies as above: Eugene gets beat, Abe stands to fight for him, and is killed.
