@@ALAN-ALAN1997 Because the deadpool VFX got a higher percentage of the total budget than RRR. And it was mostly one studio (Blur) who did only 1200 shots, for RRR it was many big time studios doing 2800 shots with a much smaller percentage of the total budget. Huge difference.

Impressive how the VfX only acts as a compliment to the powerful story, screen play and acting skills. They understood the balance and drew a line without it overpowering any other aspects. If and when there is a sequel I hope it scales beyond expectations.

I dont think 'jugad' is anything exclusive to India or Indians. It's in the mentality of most people from global south countries who have lived their lives on the bare minimum while ensuring a bright future for their kids. Global North or the collective West has been spoiled over decades to overspend on stuff bcuz of the way their economy and banking system work.

Ram vs bheem , completely new characters had more impact than batman vs superman somehow and they managed that within an hour of the movie. Whereas BvS even the non ultimate edition cersion took 2 hourse to poorly explain the reasons fir the fight. with so much back story for iconic characters like batman and superman it still felt clunky, confusing, rushed and just for the sake of it.

It amazes me that none of the VFX experts have not broken down the Naatu Naatu dance yet. Is it just me who thinks that Jr NTR and Ram Charan's heads were cut-pasted in many dance sequences?
