Hey guys, so let me give a little clarity on how this song was designed -- Riot discussed that this song was created with the intent of harboring a story. If you look at the blog behind this song, you can see that each event corresponds to some big, overcoming obstacle players had to overcome (YellowStar's Ashe slipup, then his snipe on Janna; TheOddOne's last attempt to steal Baron at World's Group Stage, Taipei taking down the Giants Azubu Frost). The song is not created in the intent of being listenable like World's Collide or Warriors. Instead, this song was created to tell a story. That's why it has large buildups into sharp fall offs -- Every large build up is the adversary, and the soft fall off is the story. So, for example: 0:22 the first large buildup. YellowStar gets caught out, dies to Brand stun, and he falls into that despair feeling. Second: 0:41 The Azubu Frost Korean giants vs Taipei. It was a story of David and Goliath (hence the giants being so large and titanic). Toyz Orianna under pressure. Third: 1:00 This brings the resolution clause into the song, where you will see YellowStar, Toyz, and TheOddOne overcome their challenges. Hence the long, smooth beat that is pleasing. YellowStar snipes Janna with a maplong ult, Toyz interrupt Shen's fleeing / ult, and OddOne smites away Baron After the resolution clause, it resumes pattern, indicating how Faker is the Demon King that people have to overcome. Just want to correct you about your statement about how Loveling stopped the backdoor with the help of a bug. The official riot report stated that the result worked as intended, and that no bug actually occured. What happened was kogmaw (rekless) ulted Kha (loveling) during Kha's recall, but the recall still went through. Pretty much everyone knew that this was intended since the ult only hit him in the last 0.125 seconds of Kha's recall, so it didnt stop it, as it is completely intended and known that in the last 0.125 seconds, recalls cannot be stopped by the enemy team. However, the controversial part of this moment, was that even though kog maw's ult hit Kha, he still got the homeguards recall buff, which you are not supposed to get if you were in combat in the last few seconds. Many people debated whether or not he should've gotten homeguards, since he was technically in combat, but Riot later came out with a statement saying that since it happened in the last 0.125 seconds of the recall, he wasn't supposed to be registered in combat, and it was completely intended that he got homeguards, and that there would be no remake of the game.

This video is even better once you learn all the easter eggs to the video. Edit: I feel people did not like this video, as it did not live up to their expectations as did Warriors by Imagine Dragon. Am just back after worlds 2020 video release to say this is still my favourite video riot made to worlds. I still remember how people was screaming against this song comparing it to warriors and honestly I don't care.
