3 crore is not a big amount for India, kindly pay him and get a good coach who can also scout and get deserving boys into the team. Please do not waste our time on this.We need a coach who knows how to develop a team and also be non-compromising when it comes to selection. Also, Aiff and FDSL should not interfere in selection of national team of any age group. The decision should be full responsibility of the Coach and the Coaches should be selected also on the basis of honesty and integrity, we do not want coaches who take bribes and make players play.

It is a good decision not to continue with Stimach. 3 crore is not a heavy amount. Select under 13 under 15 under 17 and under 19 players of 30 each and put them under 4 reputed international coaches for 5 years and after that allow the players to play domestic leagues.

Request you to discuss my point if you find it good. Allmost all national team players are in one/two franchise team because their owner have the money power. No NUFC, PFC, CFC, Mohamedan gets the service of national players due to less money. Some other teams like FCG, EB, OFC has only 1/2 national players. If this inequality prevails then what is the need of playing. ISL Trophy can be given to that team only because they have more money. Look at BCCI. They mostly try to establish equally strong franchise teams through fixed budget limit and bidding process. For any new franchise BCCI allows 3 good Indian players at the begining so that they can make good competetive team. But in ISL kind of inequality going on. This is not acceptable and it will take Indian football downwords. Franchises like HFC, PFC, NUFC, CFC, OFC, EB, Mohamedan will loose interest.
