Here’s what I figured from all these: For Igor Stimach- He wanted Indian football to grow genuinely but couldn’t execute his plans perfectly. Moreover, he never took the responsibility for the poor performances as a coach of a national team and this is where he failed and exactly the reason people started disliking him. For AIFF- There is a lack of internal coordination among them and it’s a shame for such a big organisation where anyone is taking any decisions all by themselves without following a proper procedure. They need to sit down and have to plan the whole thing better. The whole organisation needs to have 1 goal to move Indian football in the right direction and have to do it quickly otherwise as we are already lacking behind many countries now.

I believe in igor stimac because when outsider come in new place they knew everything want kind of situation the committee is creating and our Indian committee is fully connected with politics and robbing salary of players what they would deserve and in between if anyone come and tell everything about aiff committee they will reject him and continue there money laundering from players and that's why India is lagging in football and not even working in grassroot level 😢😢

Aiff, aiff employees, state league, indian football system yeh toh corrupt hai. Salo se corrupt hai. Ek din mein aake koi system change nhi hone waala. Aacha se accha management 90% corruption level ko 50% par la sakta hai bas. Isse jyadda kuch nhi ho sakta. Aur igor toh inse bhi jyada corrupt hai. Uske uppar corruption aur criminal charges hai croatia mein. Uska selection hi india mein corrupt tarike se hua tha. Aur woh har team se sack hone ke baad uss team ke management ko gaali deta hai. Well according to inside information The 13-16 Staff that was provided By AIFF reason because of which Igor only accept 4 staff is because rest of 12 Staff were not as Quality or deserving to serve National team it was fit for State youth team
