Seinen Ursprung hat das Sound Healing in der tibetisch buddhistischen Kultur und gehört mitunter zu den wichtigsten Therapieformen. Traditionellerweise werden mittels Klangschalen spezifische Frequenzen erzeugt, die den Körper in seinen natürlich gesunden Zustand verhelfen sollen. Zudem spielt die Verwendung der eigenen Stimme eine große Rolle.
Nun ein Sprung in die westliche Kultur: wissenschaftliche Studien haben gezeigt, dass durch die Musik von Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart das vegetative Nervensystem stark positiv beeinflusst wird. Teils konnten dadurch einfache Operationen ohne Narkose durchgeführt werden. Auch Kühe sollen mehr Milch geben, sagt man!
Es ist also höchste Zeit die beiden Kulturen zu verbinden: Zu Beginn des Konzerts wird Obertonsänger und Meister des Sound Healings Igor Ezendam durch gemeinsames Tönen mit dem Publikum dieses auf den Empfang des Sound Healings vorbereiten. Sobald sich die Zuhörer:innen auf Yogamatten hingelegt haben, erklingt Mozarts Bläserserenade in Es-Dur als Sound Healing.

La guarigione sonora ha origine nella cultura buddista tibetana ed è una delle più importanti forme di terapia. Tradizionalmente, le ciotole per il canto vengono utilizzate per generare frequenze specifiche che hanno lo scopo di aiutare il corpo a tornare al suo stato di salute naturale. Inoltre, l'uso della propria voce gioca un ruolo fondamentale.
Ora un salto nella cultura occidentale: studi scientifici hanno dimostrato che la musica di Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart ha una forte influenza positiva sul sistema nervoso vegetativo. In parte, grazie ad essa è stato possibile eseguire semplici operazioni senza anestesia. Si dice anche che le mucche diano più latte!
È quindi giunto il momento di unire le due culture: All'inizio del concerto, il cantante overtones e maestro di guarigione sonora Igor Ezendam, che vive sull'isola di Corfù, preparerà il pubblico alla ricezione della guarigione sonora suonando insieme a loro. Non appena gli ascoltatori si sdraieranno su tappetini da yoga, la Serenata per fiati in Mi bemolle maggiore di Mozart sarà ascoltata come guarigione sonora.

Sound healing has its origins in Tibetan Buddhist culture and is one of the most important forms of therapy. Traditionally, singing bowls are used to produce specific frequencies that are intended to help the body return to its naturally healthy state. In addition, the use of one's own voice plays a major role.
Now a leap into western culture: scientific studies have shown that the music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart has a strong positive influence on the vegetative nervous system. In part, simple operations could be performed without anaesthesia as a result. Cows are also said to give more milk!
