@@ERICKMAX0317 Hey Erick, what worked for me was a split routine using his workout videos i.e. I used both dumbbells and resistance bands. Monday Legs, Tuesday Chest & Triceps, Wednesday REST, Thursday Back & Biceps, Friday Shoulders & Abs, Saturday & Sunday REST. I concentrated on lifting and did very light cardio once or twice a week. I also increased my protein intake (I started eating a lot of fish/seafood and supplemented with a protein shake) and almost eliminated all sugars/sweets from my diet (that was painful but achievable!). It was trial & error, I had to make various adjustments "as I went" to see what worked for me but I tell you, these videos/routines helped a lot and I started seeing results almost immediately. Hope this helps! Best of luck to you!

I’m an ex pro volleyball player with lots of injuries on my right shoulder and neck. This summer I have to went to the hospital every week because of migraine. I’m following this routine more than a month. Turns out my migraine attacks triggered because of my weakened neck muscles. For 3 weeks no migraine, no pain killers, no hospital visit. I just wanted to thank you to put together a good work out without an injury risk.

@@bramdecoene1591 thats most likely a placebo, maybe your awareness for posture, but not really the result of those exercises or progress. Muscles will take longer to gain the necessary strength and stretching is usually effective after 2-4 weeks

This is a great workout, I had terrible posture and I only focused on chest exercises, I actually found this video from the push up challenge and I felt a huge difference the very first time , almost like a bungee cord was between my shoulder blades. Thanks for all of your great work outs Igor

@Jakub Pirhala 2 pretty well, my man. The summer had its ups and downs but overall I'm in much better shape than I was. Gonna kick it to the next level for the fall, aiming to be the best shape of my life for 2022 - cutting back on booze and getting better sleep is my next big hurdle I'd say.

Oh my god man I did all of these exercises yesterday, albeit the wall-slides without a wall, and I adapted a few other things to standing position. What a difference it has made! The last 4 days I had this awful pain in the back of my left shoulder. It was so bad I could not sleep properly and I want to see a chiropractor but I haven't been able to do because of the quarantine. When I did your exercises I felt an incredible burn and pain where for like 60 seconds after the first rep of some of the exercises I was just sitting there wincing from the burn. Then next rep there was no pain. This morning I wake up and that pain that was there 4 days and seemed like it would be with me forever is gone, I feel automatically a whole lot stronger, I look at myself from side profile and don't look like my neck is cranked permanently forward, and I feel incredible. What you've done for me is amazing and I got it for free when I would have been willing to pay a hundred dollars to fix this.

@@reapershadow7764 I'm on day 25 and in my opinion you just have to push through it, it helps you improve. I have to stretch my back extra hard in order to even feel the burn or anything really. But at the end you need to do what ever is best for you

@fringe wizard when i do the wall shoulders press it feels like somthing is getting jammed between my ribs/spine and shoulderblade and its only on the right backside, cant even do more then 3-5reps before it feels somthing it gonna shoot in my back/shoulder :/ did you have this also? i have no problems sleeping tho

Somewhere over a month later, trainings good but could be better and more consistent. Mental health is really lacky so diet has suffered a bit. Maintaining 7 stone

@@toastyxdragon Don't worry it gets much easier, I remember when I first started working out, I used to be super fat and had this huge family pack, I was so fat that while making a suit for me, the tailor had to allot extra space for my belly 😂 and I was only 13, my belly was a stomach you could climb. Wel anyways, worked out for a year and got into shape and then took a year break and back at it again since last year (so 2 years of working out), gets much easier.

Day 1 ✅ my shoulders hurt a little bit, but it's ok , im gonna do it for 2 weeks Day 2 ✅ it was hard specially the first and the last one Day 3✅ it was easy a little bit , and i see a little bit of difference Day 4 ✅ i can see a little bit of results on my poster Day 5 ✅ no results Day 6 ✅ no results (One day rest) Day 7 ✅ no results Day 8 ✅ no results Day 9 ✅ the same , but it comes easy (Rest day) Day 10 ✅ Day 11 ✅ ( 5/6 days rest) Day 12 ✅ Day 13 ✅ not a big difference yet

This is just what I wanted, started today(6/7/2020) gonna update everyday. 6/7/2020 done 7/7/2020 done 8/7/2020 done (After three days, I can actually sense the straightening of my shoulders, while doing the situp, my entire back and my fore-arms are touching the walls) 9/7/2020❌ 10/7/2020 done 11/7/2020 done (I can feel the stretching, slight changes visible on back and chest is more aligned)

12.13.21 Workout: From 0 to 100, Day 1 Outstanding workout and Igor is right: you’re shoulders will feel about 2-3 inches back when done! And don’t be fooled by the Wall Shoulders Press; they are much harder than they look! Great workout💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾!

Doing this everyday here are the things I went through day by day for a month Day 1:Wall shoulder presses were definitely difficult. I can't press them properly till the end and I'm having a anterior pelvic tilt( lower back tilt ) . It is hard for sure but I have advice to people that those who work on desk everyday, take a break every hour and perform some stretches for shoulders and legs. Don't bend you neck while watching your mobile which cause your neck to bend forward. Stay focused!

Love it. For someone recovering from sciatic symptoms again, core stability and posture is so important. I felt the benefit of this and immediately a greater range of motion in the reverse plank 2nd from the first time :)

What's up, Igor? I've been doing these exercises for a month and they've been going really well. I had to stop due to a dislocation in my shoulder and after a month doing rehab, would you advise me to resume this workout or do you think it might harm my shoulder?
