Been training to this routine for almost 2 years. I repeated it every 8-10 days. Never been able to do it completely clean, always dropped on my knees on last reps of last sets. While this workout was always challenging enough and no doubt excellent for chest/tricep at home, it is an overkill: 1) 19x8=152 reps - thats a lot of volume. I figured for myself if i do 100 clean pushups, i don't loose anything in terms of muscle 2) 19 sets in 13 mins - MAN, it is more of cardio training and then chest!😂 I figured for myself i can do just 5-6 sets with 2-3 min rest and max out on each set except 1st (for example: 30,20,15,15,15,10). And i keep just regular and diamond push ups. Instead of high tempo and many variations i focused on doing each rep 100% clean. Although really liked all variations from this training.

im only 2 days in but the stretches hurt the worst day 3 and form on some of the exercises was so much easier but i needed a 30 sec break at the 3rd to last exercise

Never lose confident in all situation, even if it too hard. I am a person that, just by seeing the dude in front of me, lose all my confidence and make no effort, it like i am scared of my best, you have to trust you because this ruined me.
