I agree with all you said, it is allot of foam, took me half a hour to get a full glass a beer, ie pour wait pour wait, and the beer tastes thin to me but all in all a good beer

Never had a beer with THAT much head retention, lol! Currently working on a hack that might help ALL the iGulu beers foam less. Stay tuned!

Interesting. Used the Pinter system to make a similar beer Weiss Nights which also tasted a tad thin, which I put down to too much of the yeast dropping out. Giving the fermenter a wee shake roused the trub and improved the body.

Please make a video using without the brewing kit! It will be awsome to know how to be more creative on this machine!
