You should make use of the empty front rails by putting a water tank up there. It would make a great spray rig.

No. The paint color was not influenced by any factor other than being unusual.

What size sprockets did you put on the engine side and transmission side for that swap?

The engine is 14 teeth. The transmission is 54 tooth. The new engine is 3600 RPM, the original engine was 1500 RPM. The 14/54 works out to just under 1000 RPM so the tractor is slower than original but still works fine. I tried 14/36 sprockets and it was very hard on the engine.

Shoup lists the size S floor chain and the drive chains are generic, but I think anything else is going to be hard to find.

You put the transmission in gear and push the gas pedal to speed up the engine so the centrifugal clutch engages. Then you have to steer. No auto-steer on this tractor.
