@@libsoric6693 Blue has good creature removal and Green has good artifact/enchantment removal, the decks just are just running minimal removal for better or worse. @libsoric66932 жыл бұрын
@@greengandalfziggy1 For most of them they know that removing the stax pieces could mean something far more dangerous from their opponent than from themselves. There's no point in removing stax pieces the later into a game with the more people having cards in hand in CEDH, it can just as easily mean someone else wins on the next turn on the spot. It's smarter to progress their own board while keeping interaction for the scariest players at the table.

Great game! For me a few highlights: 1. Super complicated boardstate interactions. 2. All sorts of quirks with timestamps, layers, the stack, and priority. 3. Higher is an extremely observant player and has really good threat assessment to boot. 4. Everyone misses a trigger/interaction every now and again. At 11:30, Higher says Veil of Summer can counter Carpet of Flowers' ability. Veil of Summer only grants hexproof from blue or black. Not green. Am I missing something?

When Aaron used his first takesies backsies counter after Higher put void winnower onto the battlefield, wouldn't Higher have had to undo the kinan activation and wait to do it? Because the winnower stayed on the field. Or am I missing something? Because if he had waited to do it, Lynch could have cast his Winona on his turn

Probably a misplay

The Winnower was put onto the battlefield during Lynchs Upkeep. Unless I missed sth going back in the video.

Awesome game! T1 thalia into t2 Archon is just so rough for the storm player, lol

This game was crazy fun, it warmed my cold, dead stax heart. A great group of people and very cool decks as well. Only 1 tiny criticism that doesn’t really matter but there are no takesies backsies in CEDH!!! Gotta learn through pain it happens to all of us

This game was really great! I enjoyed how after like half an hour, Lynch was the only person who was even remotely having a good time. Oh cedh, either one person is having a good time, or no one is having a good time. never change

To be fair this game was over 3 hours and I edited it down.

I'm also thinking Noxious Revival at 39:06 should've cost one mana plus the two life, because of Thalia?

I’d have to rewatch. We could have made a mistake.

@@michaeldlynch Not trying to be mean but y'all forgot to pay the 1 extra for Thalia a lot this game. You kept everyone honest about the rhysitc study but forgot your own Thalia lol

@@CalamityCalamari I’ll work on getting better at it. I have lots of my mind since I’m Still doing a lot to make sure everything is recording and such.

@@michaeldlynch It wouldn't be a commander game without some mistakes lol, they are just easier to point out when the game is recorded. Episode was great regardless.

Lynch, you literally played an even mana value Grand Abolisher RIGHT AFTER the Void Winnower was played and no one noticed lol.

Did anyone else notice that higher played two spells(basalt monolith and Seedborn Muse) on the same turn when he wasn't allowed to, and then after activated the ability of a non basic land after all the lands were turned into mountains and lost all abilities

I didn’t cast seedborn. I got seedborn through a kinnan activation.

I think he got Seedborn from Kinnan. And they realized he couldn't use the Treasure Vault and undid it.

It’s all about stacking the triggers then holding priority before each one resolved to then activate each ability before it turns into a different target.

I left this channel because of Blackneto being so rude with people in the comments section, I'm glad to be back now that he's gone. Lynch, thank you very much for such amazing content! I'll be becoming a patron soon once the circumstances allow me to do so. 😁
