The longer I'm on Massdrop I agree with the majority of your points. While I like some of the collaborations, I quickly realized most of the time you end up waiting about a month or two to save 5 -10 dollars.

There are products on there that you could find for cheaper elsewhere and get it faster. There some that are a great deal. It is just like any other website out there. Massdrop just likes to make people believe they are always getting the best deal there. I rarely use the website myself.

Sandvik is good. Opinel uses it as their stainless. You should review the 12 as a kitchen knife.

Advanced Knife Bro Yay! I have a Carbonne 12 dan la cuisine (in the kitchen) and it is excellent for most food prep. Kinda wish I got the Sandvik for lazy factor but it takes a couple seconds to oil it. Berry slicey

just a thought.. maybe a long term review with 12c27 steel edge retention from china as heat treat is critical . this steel has a good rep being from very pure orr ... but are all things the same ? if Scandinavians can make 15$ 12c27 knifes china can too

Honestly it seems a bit pricey for what it is. I got my sanrenmu land 910 plus for about 11 dollars, and it's got a comparabley sized blade with the same steel, bearings, and better chamfering, not to mention both sides have liners with the show side liner being drilled a bit to reduce weight. I just don't see why I would ever choose this knife at about 3x the price.

There’s truth here. Just trying to give some alternatives here. Ganzos and Sanrenmus are great values- some people don’t like the “knockoff” stylings. I mean for all I know, this is a knockoff too- although it has patents and a designer listed. This however is much lighter- some people will pay extra for a lighter carry. But what works for one person won’t work for another.

The Tekut zero is one of those knives that you hear about it, it has a push for a short time and... nothing more. Tekut is not so popular like it was before, some years ago. And now there are a lot of new brands, every time is more difficult to be on the high. Regards!.

Advanced Knife Bro the drop in views not quality really sucks. i don't know if it helps you decide what to do next but I discovered this channel because I wanted to see a Kershaw Leek review when it was one of the amazon daily deals. The CRKT m16 series is popular enough to be sold at lowes and walmart... mine was as smooth as a rusted lugnut out of the box. I watched a few of those vids to see if they were all like that -leave hate comments- or if they had to be broken in. Unless you want to debunk flat Earth videos those help small science/skeptic channels grow.
