Just want to let those people who might not know but in New Zealand we dress casually as you can see by the boys attire this is how we kiwis dress to impress, laid back, the boys just portraying our casual but serious attitude.

I watched an interview with the boys by an English interviewer called reggae interviews, even though I’ve travelled overseas being a Māori boy from northland I was a bit miffed when overseas everyone thought I was Australian…. Hello? Anyway just sidetrack a little not that I watch it but I saw a little bit of Shortland street a long running soap opera type thing and then when I watched it I thought shit we all sound like aussies, until I read the credits, the majority of the actor(s) were in fact Australian LOL , anyway back to the interview , very filled , laid back and appreciative of their fan support. And finally I heard it as I did in an interview with Shane Van Gisenberg, the other day and that was I heard our accent on an international stage and bro as I’ve always known and this two instances confirms how really cool our accent is. Not so much with SVG as he’s lived and worked amongst Aussies, so in my eyes he’s still a true kiwi colloquially waves the flag for our country. In his instance his case revolves around one word, the interviewer was asking about how he’s coping with all new learning techniques. The interviewer asked how does the use of “data” and that’s the word the interviewer pronounced as most people day ta , when just like that as I think most kiwis Shane pronounced it as dar ta . It’s just a kiwi thing just like in the old days all aussies all pronounced chance as chants where we say chance but it’s changing more and more Aussies are saying charnce who’d think it?

@@terrymoore3024 I'm a Canadian who lived in NZ for 12 years and was constantly asked what part of America I was from. "The Canadian part!", I would reply. While traveling Europe in the 80s Canadians would be welcomed much more than Americans. I think the relationship between Kiwis and Aussies is similar. I would err on the side of asking if someone was a Kiwi before assuming they were Aussie, but I think my 12 years there I can tell the difference better now.

Wow guys not only has your talent has succeeded but will continue to endure because you behave , respect each other as whanau because as Brad said when asked who does most of the writing , his reply was we do it collectively, all for one and one for all in everything including royalties. No bitching because of collective input, as Ara once said it works or it doesn’t. Discard if necessary
