I agree iHerb is an excellent source for harder to find supplements. I get Now Vitamins MK-7 K2 supplement for bones on subscription from iHerb. Also glad to hear about the natural supplement for acid stomach since many over-the-counter remedies such as omeprazole interfere with bone reabsorption. Great video Cheryl! 😘🤗 - Shaun

Hi Shaun! Wow, I'm glad you were able to find the exact supplement you needed on iHerb. That reflux supplement has been really great when I occasionally need something to calm my stomach. Hi Cheryl. I’ve had to cut way back on supplements per my G.I. doctor. I’ve got some issues going on. My CAT scan showed something on my pancreas so I’m gonna be sent for some kind of special MRI. But yeah, they tone down on all the supplements I was taking.I’m hoping maybe someday I can go back on them.

Oh I am so sorry and I've said a prayer for you. I hope your problem doesn't have to do with supplements. I too take quite a few supplements and can't seem to get my doctor to do any blood work to make certain that I'm not getting any toxic levels of them

@@sable7114 thank you so very much for the prayers. Yeah, you should be tested. I took a lot of supplements and I didn’t even know that the elderberry that I’ve been taking for a few months can cause pancreatitis. I don’t have pancreatitis. I have an actual something on my pancreas, but who knew. My G.I. doctor we went over all my supplements, and I have to stay on vitamin D and vitamin C but I eliminated a whole Lotta things I was taking. sometimes they can do more harm than good. A good multivitamin is what my doctor has said and I do take centrum silver for women over 50 and that’s a good vitamin to take so I’ll see what happens when I get scheduled for the MRI, but thank you so much for the prayers and I hope you can get checked out and make sure you’re doing well on your supplements.sometimes things can affect the kidneys. I was told too so we gotta be careful.

Hi Cathy! Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry to hear about your diagnosis and I hope that your doctor will have you on a treatment plan that fixes you up in no time. I read your other comment and it's wonderful that your medical team is evaluating everything including your nutrition & supplements. There is always a risk, especially when we take something that delivers a specific nutrient in a much higher amount than the body requires, unless we know we have a deficiency. It can throw the other nutrients you need out of balance, or worse, cause more harm than good. Your new plan sounds very sensible and I wish you all the best! Hugs, Cheryl

My, they sure do have a lot of things. I need to try something with mushrooms and it's and it's possible that I need additional zinc in my diet as well. Hope mom is doing well and as always I love that color on you!😍

I love them too! A while ago they included custom charges into prices for us international customers, so we don't get the amazing value anymore, but even so, I still keep coming back. I'll check some of Your favourites & will use Your link to support You. I think it is great that we can support each other just by using each other's links, at no additional costs to us as a consumers..
