Hah... timely review. No doubt excellent condo for own living. Actually someone did try to sell me this project before. But then... Cyberjaya.... Also, do check lelong as some are indeed sold at very attractive price. But as I said, good for own stay, if your lifestyle revolves around this area.

The big space in the master bedroom would be perfect for a desk - like you said it's private, away from the main living area. So if your family or friends were watching TV and you had to get a little work done it would be quiet. And that means you don't have to make one of the bedrooms into an office. Yeah, that's way out. Until that MRT is open that would be bad. Everyone is going to want to go to KLCC or BB occasionally without driving and parking hassles. Glad you're able to make videos again.

Nice layout especially teh kitchen+living area... also from outside i can see the windows in the rooms are quite small... other than that very nice. Also cyber is always windy and the thunderstorms extra strong.

@@iherng I agree with you, i hardly been having the chance to experience the resident car parking, some developer will provide an extra space of 0.3 meter for the car parking that abut next to the wall or columns, or provide a speed ramp rather than short ramp to circle up the podium floor by floor. These are the little detail that people will only realise after moving in

I like the concept and the architecture of the building. But the price for renting is too expensive for out of KL. I agree with you.. Post C-19 will have a paradigm change in working culture in Malaysia as more Work From Home will be offered as it also will reduce company operational costs and make a healthy family culture for the employees.

Hi Sean. I am going to retire within one year. I am from NYC and want to move to Malaysia after I retire. Can you recommend me a place to rent or buy that is surrounded by great food area. Especially open very late for midnight snag. Love food. The place must be well equiped with a nice gym and swimming pool. Gotta do exercise to keep myself healthy. Money is not a problem. Can afford up to $2 M.
