I would consider it a lousy product even if it was half the price. Just paying for the brand and the address. Some awful design points: 1. For a 2271sf unit, it has a typical small unit layout with kitchen, dining and living in one row (long rather than wide layout). 2. Dark dry kitchen and yard with no windows. 3. Dark master bathroom with just one small window tucked away in one corner. 4. For a big unit, it doesn't even have a powder room and guests have to share the toilet with the one bedroom. 5. Awful master bedroom layout with bathroom door directly facing the bedroom door. 6. No walk in wardrobe layout. Strange old style wardrobe on both sides of the TV. 7. As pointed out by you, tiny window opening which means you have no choice but to use aircon whole day long.

Too bad for those with the view of park due to the eye sore of the halted construction of Fairmont Residence opposite Four Season. But if it's completed, it's even worse as Fairmont will block Four Seasons' view of the park since it will be higher

Agree, the unit is underwhelming.... RM7mil wei! Invest some lights and make it more interesting for the prospect buyers la, is dark and looks cramp for a 2k sqft unit. And the window with the weird opening orientation....is pretty annoying...KL City on the weekend, early morning...would like to open up the window to breath some fresh air. Anyway, RM7mil...cant afford...Im looking at RM800k per unit....Arata of Tijani at Bukit Tunku!! I believe in terms of location (Bragging rights) Saying you are staying in Bukit Tunku sounds more "WOW" hehehe.

If i won a 20mil jackpot, i would buy this for the amazing view and also the huge master bedroom. 😆 Personally i would prefer the mountain range backdrop view over KLCC Not really a fan of the black tiles used for the bathroom, just feels so weird. Maybe it looks better with some lightings on

Great video (except for waving your hand constantly in front of the camera blocking the view out the windows). Top notch property. I think unfurnished is better. Remember your review of Pavilion Residences? All furnished the same (and IMHO boring Old People’s tastes). At least the owners here can express their own tastes. And the deck - beautiful. A worthy competitor to Le Nouvel across the street (still my favorite).

I’m one of the owners of this condo. If I’m not wrong Airbnb isn’t allowed for this condo which it shouldn’t be. We owners really hate those unknown Airbnb people come in and out and walking inside building all the time. Many of luxury condos don’t accept Airbnb like rits Carlton residence as well(I also own unit there) to keep their privacy and brand. But I hate sometimes some owners don’t follow the rule and list it on Airbnb without management permission.

Would be pretty amazing if some of the units are purposely designed for short stay from the permission of management (I not sure how it works but some other properties did that before). It has a lock mechanism plus it's very heavy, so safety is not really the concern. I just find the practicality portion a bit weird hahaha. Thanks for sharing your thoughts KC.
