Wow. The project turned out well. The star logo makes it look nice and classy. The apartment looks great and that shimmering swimming pool. So beautiful. You footage is getting better too. Much clearer and smoother compared to last time.

Do they allow AirBnb renters? If you want to stay there full time then a lot of new tourists everyday will ruin the mood and feel of the place. Like Face Suites, very nice condos and view with nice pool but sooo many tourists...

Could just be an architectural feature, some architect prefer to design the entrance with a lower ceiling before entering main living space to give it a compression and release feeling, but imo the living space of the star residents does not provide quite enough living space and ceiling height to really enhance that experience.

I think for this first phase is rather healthy as the rental demand there is high. Plus from the 1st to their latest phase, the price has be revised upwards several times.

Expensive but you pay for location. I think the decor especially in common area is very tacky. But that’s personal. But 4.5 a month you can get this for 1k less a month same size. This is for expat and investors. However nice amenities and well designed pool. At least constructed by a good company, rather than tender to the cheapest company.

it's not practical to buy a property just to have view of KLCC/twin towers/trx etc etc. after one month you get so fed up of the view. take my words for it.
