I used to work at IHOP, but I barely got any customers and also a lot of people accused me for things I didn’t do and the MR+ belived the person who was accusing me. So I gave up. Hope to see myself going back soon! Hope to see you at a SHR there one day :D

Does anyone know what rank do we have to be to help during training sessions? My goal is to be a assistant or something like that. I’m only an experienced staff so I know I have a long way to go, but do we still attend trainings to become a assistant rank/a rank that helps during training sessions or is it in a seperate game?

As a former team leader, I can say the game *IS* appropriate. We like to say "I'm sorry guys.. you failed." At the end as a little prank to play on the other staff members. They also think it's funny, your just taking it a little too seriously.

As a former trainee in IHOP It’s a horrible game. I have reasons. First they give you a warning for not adding a full stop and also if you spell something wrong they’ll give another warning and i got 2 warnings within 3 minutes. I was furious
