Good friend of mine loved listening to A-ha. Manhattan Skyline was his favorite song out of their playlist; unfortunately he left us a few years ago. Listening to this brings a tear to my eye - he would've loved this. I feel like he's right here with me right now... I can feel his warmth next to me. I miss you, my friend. Hope you're soaring, Benny.

Slept on A-Ha for years. Wrote them off as just another floppy-haired synth-pop boy band for girls with no musical acumen. Very, very glad to have been proven wrong about 5 years ago, working through their material slowly but surely.
