Very cool! However I discovered a much simpler way to create a feedback loop without using multiple tracks or sends. Create 1 empty audio fx rack, put a compressor after it with sidechain monitoring on, and route it from the audio going through the empty fx rack. Set the sidechain mix to just below 100% for some of the audio to reach the output. Anything you put in between the rack and the compressor will be inside the feedback loop

Unfortunately cubase doesn't allow internal software feedback loops. But you could make an insert yourself with routing the output into the input of your soundcard, and define that as external fx.
