just restart your machine and IICS secure agent, make sure all the microservices are up and running.

what is the error you are getting? check the log and take appropriate action. while creating a mapping, you might have selected cloud run time environment, select local run time environment if you have created connection.

Cloud secure agent didn't ask me for a key, and it is also showing service agent has been stopped

Nice Explanation .I'm your subscriber, learning from Informatica power Center. Now i started to learn IICS videos through your KZbin channel. I created the Secure agent, when I reasart the secure agent all services are "up and running",but Data integration server is in "starting- up " status for long time. couldn't be able to rectify this error. what should i do to resolve this error.Please advice.

Thanks and welcome. It because of multiple secure agent version in the C: drive, remove the Data integration folder and restart the iics secure agent. C: --> Program files --> IICS -->
