I was present in this gathering and let me give you some context. The speaker was actually not wrong here. He was giving a speech but this girl in the front was constantly giggling. He reprimanded her politely many times. Then he lost his temper and started shouting. As someone who's done multiple speeches, I can see why the director lost patience. The most insulting thing a person can do, is not listening to the person who is speaking for you. Judging by the girl's immediate counter-behavior, the director must've warned her multiple times. If you can't sit still without talking to your friend, then you should've sat behind. Talking and disturbing the people listening while sitting in the front is disrespectful. I'm surprised that no one said anything about this.
