In the global rankings of 'Nature Index' academically, NISER(which comes under HBNI) is at 193, IISc is at 147 whereas IISER Pune is at 300+. For Undergraduate Physics, NISER is the best institute.

Yes NISER is one of the institutes for physics but remember there are 10 institutes in HBNI so that ranking is based on 10 institutes combined that's why sometimes NISER sometimes even beats IISc in physics.

You may get bhopal in the 8th round but for tirupati you have a very high chance so please stay in counseling. And take the seat of nit as there can maybe uncertainty in iiser cut off.
