The food you make is very unique and uses a variety of energy and ingredients. Many Thai people nowadays choose to buy food rather than cook it themselves. Such as Pad Thai and Tom Yum Kung because they take a lot of time and energy to make. Glad you love Thai food and want to learn it. . So it was difficult to do it in Korea. But that problem will go away if you buy a ready-made model that is commonly sold in Thailand.Please continue to enjoy Thai food.😊😊😊
Thai cuisine has so many small ingredient and it's quite super hard to balancing the taste to make it delicious especially when you cook Thai food for the first time, Don't be worried if you can't make the taste of the food on point even you have all prep ingredient from the teacher 😅

You practiced many menus at the cooking school and you did so well, but one thing I have noticed that teacher said put the ginger in Tom Yam instead Galangal ,that’s incorrect. Normally we use only Lemon Grass, Galangal and Kaffirlime Leaves in Tom Yam Soup, no Ginger plz… BTW you guys enjoyed the food for the whole trip,that’s just awesome
thaifood tip ! that your tom yum you did , is a cream tomyum . thai tomyum have a 2 type , cream tomyum and tomyum soup . creamy tomyum will use a evaporated milk but tomyum soup will not. almost cream tomyum will be a shimp tomyum , but if you use a fish , seabass etc, tom yum soup will be better for that. tom yum soup will have the same ingredients cream tomyum but we will not use evaporated milk but we will use a turmeric for deodorize a smell fish . ps . if you wa na try a tom yum soup , you can odder that , say " tom yum pra kra pong num sai " (pra kra pong as a sea bass in thai language )
