Job nahi lagi to eska matlab campus placement nahi huwa. Off line me to IIT wale achchhi salary me awenge hi. Abhi temporary reason hai. Jaise Wipro, Infosys etc kuchh companies placement percentage kam kar diye. Thore wakt baad jinka campus selection nahi huwa off campus dwara job milne ke asar hain. Haa, essential bar IITans ko achchhe package ki asha nahi karni chahiye.

Sir, I will share a few points herewith, (1) this is not the beginning..when iits started rolling out in dozens that was the beginning. (2) except for CSE, there are no suitable opportunities for other graduates in India as we do not have much of research and dev. related work here (3) Even when there were only 5 iits majority of graduates were absorbed by the USA and others. Even half of that % is not able to fly out in todays scenerio. (4)Please consider demand vs supply. And the best graduate engineers are not all iitians.

I think jobs in india IT सेक्टर doesn't required IIT. Jobs they have can be done any graduate with good logical reasoning and स्किल्स.
