आज जो सरकारी नौकरियां आ भी रही है वो ज्यादातर contractual हैं, पेरा मेडिकल की पढ़ाई में 5-6 वर्ष लग जाते हैं साथ ही लाखों रुपये भी वो भी सरकारी संस्थाओं में, उसके बाद नौकरी मिलेगी भी तो 15-18 हजार रुपये की वो भी AIIMS तथा अन्य सरकारी अस्पतालों में permanent भर्ती आ ही नहीं रही क्योंकि जब सरकारों को 15-18 हज़ार रुपये में बेरोजगार युवा मिल रहे हो तो permanent vacancies निकालने की क्या जरूरत है I इसलिए मेरा तो यही मानना है कि ज्यादा पढना बेकार है l क्यों पैसा व वक्त बर्बाद किया जाय I और शिक्षा के लिए कर्ज तो भूल कर भी न लें l इससे अच्छा शिक्षा पर खर्च किया जाने वाले पैसे को शिक्षा पर खर्च किए जाने वाले समय की अवधि में फिक्स डिपॉजिट करा देंगे तो 15-18 हजार मासिक वेतन से ज्यादा ही ब्याज मिल जाएगा l

The universities are pathetic in terms of providing skills to the students. They're minting money from the fees, however, students are not getting adequately placed/compensated in jobs. IITs are generally having good staff, infrastructure, funding and faculty... They're the sharpest of the young people, and a lot of them go abroad for jobs anyway. The tier-2 & tier-3 guys need jobs within India!

In the end, why pay high salary to people when job can be done by any other engineer. You don`t have to go to IIT just for a white collar job. Why become an IITian just for a job ? Where is the spirit and respect for entreprenuership & hardcore engineering ? What is stopping an IITian to set up a garage for EVs & Hybrids ? What is stopping an IITan to setup a Drone workshop or Solar rooftops ? Hell , you can even make a better blend of Tea or some beverage & make a business out of it...... . .. There can be n no. of ideas . ................ But no........ Just finding a job of good "Package" seems easier.

Try putting a garage or workshop , first electrical department will come for bribe otherwise they will put fine saying you exceeded load. Municipality will come after you for wrong usage of place and labor officer will come after you for employee safety issues

Sidha sawal agar aap sarkar se puchoge to vo koi jawab nahi depayenge 1. Agar palcement nahi hai job nahi hai to itne mehenge course kyu chala rahe ho fees kyu le rahe ho 2. Agar education ka level industry ke hisab se nahi hai to course purane dharre par kyu chal rahe hai factory mai maal ki tarah degree kyu baat rahe hai. 3. Agar indian youth industry ke hisab se nahi hai to usko train karne aur industry ke according courses design kaun karega. 4. Har cheez aam aadmi par aap kyu daal rahe hai jab aap koi accha system hi nahi bana pa rahe hai.

I think may be there is following possible reasons 1. IIT Students not able to compete with non IIT students 2. Institute or students fail give priority to build require competency and skills. 3. Student after pass-out from IIT expecting very high salary in first year. Other hand non IIT talents ready to do job at low salary. 4. In early 90s people used to say due to usage of Computer 🖥️ or IT system lots of job will erase, but things happen exactly reverse there is lot of new jobs created due to usage of computer and IT services. So, please do not worry for 38% students if they improve require skills they will get what they want.

I am dtu pass out and master from iit seats increasing is major issue demand is less as declining phase in international arena. ai chatgot deep learning hampering it industry IT. industries were offering high package. now they are hiring less people recruitment criteria is nowadays and quality students are declining in iit nit because of number seats. and non core branches have more severe condition.
